This single-story residence was thoughtfully updated into a welcoming, multi-generational vacation home designed for family connection, relaxation, and play. Outdoor improvements included a shower, barbecue area, and inviting spaces for casual gatherings, outdoor dining, and natural play. The landscape design prioritized low-maintenance, drought-tolerant plantings, while working with the existing, mature street tree and repurposing existing flagstone for wall caps and side yard paths. Careful attention to stormwater management, drainage, and site permeability created a resilient, functional landscape that complemented the home and came to life with soft and fluffy joyousness.
