The only thing more fun than Cayucos on the Fourth of July is gathering your entire extended family together on this intimately expansive beachfront home away from home. Tight setbacks and multiple level changes were thoughtfully redesigned to create a multitude of gathering spaces while preserving views, maintaining safety, and simplifying indoor-outdoor connections. Careful material selections and close contractor coordination were required to address bluff/code requirements and the demanding nature of coastal oceanfront exposure.
